- 1 single phase or 1 three phase (dictated by fryer voltage in specifications) standard approved isolator switch , junction box or commando socket ( grey/blue single phase or grey/red three phase) protected by a suitably rated circuit breaker (dictated by fryer kilowatt rating in fryer specifications) will be required within 1 metre of the proposed fryer siting
- Labour to install, commission and test 1.5 Hours
