Crafted from hardwearing stainless steel, the utensil is able to cut high volumes of vegetables with speed and precision to improve your preparation times. Plus, the stainless-steel build provides excellent durability to keep the Mandoline in excellent condition and working order throughout many uses to come.
Supplied with a rotary blade, the Mandoline produces accurate julienne cuts (3mm wide) and French fries (10mm wide), guaranteeing consistent results for impeccable presentation. It also can also produce straight cuts using the flat blade, or criss cross using the fluted blade – giving you excellent flexibility when it comes to fruit and veg preparation.
