Contributing to the preservation and presentation of your heated products, this Kubus Drop In Ceran Glass Hot Plate is part of an extensive line of display units built for the self service market. Ideal for buffets, carveries and canteens, food can be shown and replaced around the clock, with the heated mats and overhead lighting keeping food at 85°C to its very core. Any flat bottom dishes or containers will sit comfortably across the flat ceramic surface, and the temperature for both the base and surface heat can be manipulated and locked via a digital control panel, streamlining the process of heating and allowing you to concentrate on other tasks whilst your food sits comfortably.
