Make sure your food is cooked to the right temperature with the Hygiplas multipurpose stem thermometer. With a wide temperature range of -50°C to +200°C, it gives accurate readings for both chilled and hot ingredients, helping you prepare food safely and properly every time. The large, easy-to-read display lets you check temperatures at a glance, saving you time when you are working through busy services.
A 3.5(Ø) x 125(L)mm probe and one metre cable length give you extra flexibility, letting you test food safely without needing to get too close to hot surfaces. Built to handle the demands of busy commercial kitchens, the Hygiplas multipurpose stem thermometer is battery powered and takes one AAA battery (sold separately).
A declaration of conformity has been included in user manual, supplied with product and available online.
