Constructed from a stainless steel material, the 10″ durable blade is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Due to the sharp, serrated blade construction, this Hygiplas knife will slice through the toughest of loafs with ease – making for perfect results every time.
The ergonomically crafted handle helps to prevent any accidental injuries by utilising a small hand guard. Further to this, the slicer’s handle is coloured white to help prevent the risk of cross-contamination which can cause injury and illness.
