Designed for strength and reliability, Matfer Bourgeat gastronorm trays are made from high grade 18/10 stainless steel. Not only does this give the trays a high quality polished appearance – this also adds longevity to the trays, with improved rust and corrosion resistance in comparison to traditional grade GN trays.

Matfer Bourgeat gastronorm trays also benefit from having an overhanging rim, making them particularly useful for slotting into buffet/service stations or straight into GN-compatible fridges, ovens and freezers. And as they are made from stainless steel, they are easy to clean too, and can even be placed in suitably-sized dishwashers and utensil washers if required.

This is a full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm tray with a depth of 200mm, providing a capacity of 28 litres when full.
