Mutti has been dedicated to tomatoes for over 120 years across four generations, so this means they have really built expertise. All their tomato products are made from 100% Italian, perfectly sun-ripened tomatoes, but each product is very distinct in terms of texture, taste, and therefore offer excellent versatility and suitability for different types of dishes.

Mutti passata has a slightly sweet flavour, a velvety texture and adds a lovely creaminess when added to dishes. It is made with delicious sun-ripened tomatoes that have been sieved, blitzed to a smooth purée and slightly reduced, so it is completely free of seeds and skin. Perfect for dishes that require short cooking times, the passata maintains its vibrant red colour even once it’s been cooked.
