ODK Passion Fruit Puree

Provide your guests with consistent cocktails full of flavour with the passion fruit puree from ODK. Using three major ingredients – fresh passion fruit, sugar and water – the puree delicately balances tart and sweetness to keep your cocktails and dessert dishes bursting with authentic flavours. With a 12-month closed and 3-month open shelf life, it’s also guaranteed to last in storage – ideal for restaurants and bars that only require the puree from time to time.

The squeeze bottle is fitted with a pourer that doesn’t allow air to enter, doesn’t drip and will pour a consistent and accurate amount of purée. Not only is this important when achieving consistent servings, but also helps you to minimise waste and overdosing.

Additionally, the ODK puree is highly concentrated and can be diluted to a ratio of 1:7. This means that the each bottle can make up to 5250ml of passion fruit solution and provide an excellent cost-per-use.
