Easily identify ingredients and finished products with the Pujadas 1/6GN sized colour-coded range of Polinorm lids. This clear lid is suitable with almost any suitably-sized gastronorm tray, whether it’s made from stainless steel, plastic or even ceramic options.
The lid is designed for everyday commercial use, so it’s made to withstand a wide variation in temperature (-40˚C to 110˚C) – perfect for storage in fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms. It’s specifically food safe too, so you know it’s suitable for covering trays of food.
