Easily identify ingredients and finished products with the Pujadas 1/2GN sized colour-coded range of Polinorm lids. This purple lid is suitable with almost any suitably-sized gastronorm tray, whether it’s made from stainless steel, plastic or even ceramic options.
The lid is designed for everyday commercial use, so it’s made to withstand a wide variation in temperature (-40˚C to 110˚C) – perfect for storage in fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms. It’s specifically food safe too, so you know it’s suitable for covering trays of food.
This purple lid is ideal for covering trays of ingredients of allergen-free ingredients. The distinctive colour ensures food types are safely kept separated.
