Description
Product description
This countertop unit is great for sealing food items into plastic bags for sous vide cooking or storing in the chiller / freezer. Improves the durability of cooked or raw food, with no loss of weight. Ideal for restaurants, grocery stores, delis, cafes etc. The body of the vacuum sealer is made from sturdy and easy to clean stainless steel, whilst the lid is made from robust perspex glass, making it easy to monitor the progress of the sealing. The SU-310 comes fitted with a 10m³/hr Busch pump, along with a cordless single sealing bar & an intuitive digital keyboard for ease of use. The ‘Vacuum PLUS’ feature allows to program an extra vacuum time (up to 10 seconds) once 99% vacuum has been reached.
Fitted with a 3.9″ LCD colour screen with backlit touch keyboard, sensor control, 25 vacuum programs and cordess double sever sealing bar. Other optional features include inert gas flushing, Bluetooth and printer connectivity and a desktop label printer for HACCP control.
