An easy-to-use countertop food warming unit, this Victor Hot Plate is well suited to merchandise and maintain items including meats, vegetables and beans. As a standalone carvery pad this item operates with minimal running costs and can be combined with any fitted heat lamps you have to provide even and consistent heating across your chosen dish. Temperature levels can be varied to accommodate stock and the top pad itself is removable for easy cleaning. Can also be combined with Victor Caribbean Bain Marie Toppers.
