Using the 200mm Vogue stainless steel lid on your pans can make all the difference when it comes to cooking times and energy efficiency. By keeping the lid on your pan, more heat is retained inside, reducing the amount of energy needed to bring food up to – and keep at – cooking temperature.
In addition, the Vogue lid can also prevent foods from drying out – especially useful when making sauces.
